Pakistan’s textile exports rise to $17.93 billion in FY2026

ISLAMABAD, October 2, 2026: Pakistan’s textile exports increased by $40 million to $17.93 billion during fiscal year 2025-26, reflecting continued growth in one of the country’s key export sectors.
The textile and apparel sector maintained its growth momentum in the first two months of FY2026-27, with exports rising 5.55% year-on-year to $3.38 billion.
The latest figures indicate continued expansion in Pakistan’s textile trade, with the industry remaining a major contributor to the country’s export earnings and manufacturing activity.
The sector’s sustained export growth is also creating opportunities for increased industrial activity and investment, as Pakistani textile products continue to strengthen their presence in international markets.
